Thank you for shopping with us! Because all our products are fully customized and tailor-made to your unique design requirements, please review our return and refund policy below before placing an order.

1. Sample Approval & Custom Production

To ensure total accuracy, we produce a pre-production sample for your confirmation before starting mass production. Full manufacturing will only commence once you have reviewed and fully approved the sample without any revisions or objections.

2. Non-Refundable / Final Sale Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made items, products cannot be resold or repurposed for third parties. Therefore, all custom orders are considered FINAL SALE and are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable for reasons including, but not limited to, buyer’s remorse, order cancellation after sample approval, or minor subjective color/design preferences.

3. Returns & Replacements for Defective or Damaged Items

We take pride in our quality control. Returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted EXCLUSIVELY in the event of severe, verified manufacturing defects or damaged goods upon arrival.

How to Report a Quality Issue:

  • Timeframe: You must notify our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
  • Contact Method: Please email us at Info@packtaki.com with your Order Invoice ID, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photo/video evidence showing the defect or damage.

4. Resolution & Shipping Costs

  • Verification: Once our quality assurance team reviews and verifies the defect, we will arrange for a replacement to be manufactured and shipped to you at no extra cost, or issue a refund for the affected item.
  • Return Shipping: If the defective physical product needs to be returned to our facility for inspection, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs. Customers will not be charged any restocking or return fees for verified defective items.
